VulcanSync Pro Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your VulcanSync Pro, you may return it under the following conditions:

 Return Eligibility

• The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
• The product was purchased directly from our website (VulcanSync.com).
• The item is the current model and design.
• The product is in new, unused, and resaleable condition in its original packaging.

 Refund Process
Once we receive your VulcanSync Pro and confirm it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A flat $5 return processing fee applies.
• Refunds are issued for the product only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

How to Return Your VulcanSync Pro

1. Fill out the Returns Form below.
2. We will provide you with the return address and a prepaid shipping label.
3. Ship the product back to us.
4. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund.

 Important Notes

• Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Instead, they must be returned following this policy.
• We cannot accept returns for purchases made from third-party retailers. Please contact your original point of purchase for returns.
